Sonic is on Earth and is trying to get use to his life on Earth. He meets a man by the name of Tom Wachowski. They both team up to defeat Dr. Robotnik from capturing Sonic and using him for world domination. Sonic is later finds his bag of rings and sends Dr. Robotnik to another world.
Personally, I like the movie. I liked the way that the movie built up the relationship between Sonic and Tom. The movie had a lot of action but not to the point where it was only action.
